Licensor observed plastic bags accessible in childcare area in doors. Licesnor observed cords near windor, outdoor entry and under kitchen cabinets for small applicances accessible to children. Licensor observed light fixture in main childcare area that needs shatter resistant cover. Licensor observed an outlet near kitchen sink that was not GFI or blank plate with flashlight pluged into it.
